Code of Conduct

Command

Follow the chain of command. When a commanding officer gives you orders, they are to be followed promptly unless they result in you directly endangering yourself, innocent third parties or violate the company Code of Conduct. Disagreements should be brought up through the proper chain of command, not in the field of action or in front of outsiders.

Protection

Do not abandon your fellow Whiskies. They are your brothers and sisters in arms and shall never be abandoned. We fight together. We stand together. We retreat together. Everyone is responsible for everyone’s safety.

Loyalty

Without authorization, missions, clients, operations and contacts will not be shared with third parties. Our business remains our own. This is for our own protection, as well as for those we protect.

Maintain

Members of the company are expected to maintain themselves. Either it be their health, their own care or their equipment. You are expected to be clean, to have your equipment ready for combat and public appearance. You are expected to keep yourself to a healthy standard with food, drinks and sleep.

Professionals

Everyone within our company is expected to conduct themselves with discipline, respect and integrity. Both on assignment as well as when off-duty. Everyone represents our company and must act like it.

Contract

Always complete a contract once it has been accepted. It is our duty to complete any contract we accept, and to do so to the best of our abilities. A contract may never be abandoned unless it directly violated one of the Company’s core principles. Personal opinions, politics or prejudices will not stop us from completion.

Civilians

We protect and serve, even away from the military. Civilians are not ours to intimidate or bully. They will be treated with dignity and respect. Excessive use of force, theft, harassment, abuse or any kind of criminal behavior is not tolerated.

Corruption

We are built upon the idea of service and aid, not on disrespect. Bribes, extortion and stealing from clients of the company is strictly prohibited.

Feuds

Having a feud with other members, or third parties who are not a part of the Company, are to be handled by an officer who will see that any conflict is handled with care and understanding. Violence is under no circumstances acceptable. It is allowed to dislike someone, as long as it does not interfere with duty, or company operations.

Leaving

Leave on good terms, or be prepared to face the wrath of the Whiskey’s sword. We do not tolerate badmouthing, slandering or bringing down our banner once a person has left. To do such a thing can bring about dire repercussions.
