Inactivity and Leave

Real life always comes before roleplay, however if you believe that you will be gone for a prolonged amount of time we strongly encourage you to make a message in our Discord server, in the #loa channel so we know that you will be gone for some time.

This is especially important if you think you will be gone for more than 20 days. You do not have to write an in-depth reason as to why you must be on LOA, you can even leave it blank if it is very personal.

If you have not logged in for 20 days you will be contacted by a guild Officer via DMs on Discord to ask if you can logon. You will also be asked to make a message in #loa if you think you will be gone for longer.

If you do not respond to this message or login to the game on your character(s) which have gone over 20 days, then after 30 days of inactivity you will be removed from the guild.

Being on LOA will however give you an extended time for up to 2 months of inactivity before you get contacted again. If you by then think you won't be able to come on for even longer you will be removed from the guild and your character(s) will be discharged.

You are however always welcome to join back up again once you pick up roleplaying once more!
